Return & Exchange Policy


At EsthetiQa Manila, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.


1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number, email confirmation).

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us

Please contact our customer service team at +639271139024 or call us at +639310246779 to request a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.

Step 3: Ship the ItemSecurely pack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or on clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personal care or health items (e.g., cosmetics, earrings, underwear) for hygiene reasons.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that the original shipping fee (if any) is not refundable.


5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Alternatively, you may request a direct exchange for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Please specify this when you contact us to initiate the return.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to resolve the issue immediately. In these cases, EsthetiQa Manila, will cover the cost of return shipping and will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge to you. Please provide photos of the issue when you contact us to help expedite the process.
